Privacy Policy

Remable processes information you provide when using the product:

• account information from Clerk, such as name and email address;
• collections, notes, reminders, tasks, and collaborator settings;
• technical information needed to run, secure, and improve the app.

Notes and related metadata are used to save your workspace, show search results, schedule reminders, manage tasks, and generate AI answers when you ask for them. Remable sends note text and selected context to OpenAI to create embeddings and to generate chat answers when those features are used.

If you use voice notes, Remable stores audio clips in Cloudflare R2 and sends those clips to Replicate for transcription or other voice-note processing.

Shared collections are visible to people who have access to that collection. Collaborators may see notes, reminders, tasks, and related metadata according to the access level configured by the collection owner.

Remable relies on service providers for authentication, hosting, database storage, object storage, analytics, and AI features. These providers process data only as needed to provide those services.

• Clerk provides authentication and account management.
• OpenAI processes text for embeddings and chat answers.
• Cloudflare R2 stores uploaded voice-note audio clips.
• Replicate processes uploaded audio clips for voice-note features.

Workspace data is retained while your account or collection remains active. If you need data exported or deleted during early access, contact Remable and include the account email involved.
